- 2025 Springfield Stadium Floodlights Replacement
The current floodlights at Springfield Stadium were installed over 25 years ago. The floodlights are inspected annually to ensure they comply with the requirements outlined in BS 12193. Following the most recent annual inspection of the floodlights, this has highlighted a significant deterioration, hence the need to replace them. Replacing the lights will also allow the opportunity to change the luminaires to LED, which would reduce energy consumption, give more control and reduce light spillage to the surrounding area.
