Description:
The Government of Jersey, Employment, Social Security and Housing (ESSH) department is seeking information from suppliers on potential solutions to support business continuity for outbound social benefit payments in the event of a prolonged outage of core systems. The RFI explores the feasibility, delivery approaches, indicative costs and technical options for a secure, stand-alone capability capable of producing accurate and timely daily benefit payment batches, closely replicating existing payment schedules using historic payment data. This RFI is issued to inform future procurement and is not a call for competition.
