- The Government of Jersey, Infrastructure and Environment, Parks and Gardens Department requires new irrigation systems and maintenance services. The proposed Framework will include new irrigation system installations of Coronation Park and Howard Davis Park, with the maintenance services to existing irrigation systems for the public parks the GOJ operates and manages. This will include the 2 newly installed systems, Gorey Gardens, Millennium Town Park and Sir Winston Churchill Park.
