Description:
Goj - Nhf - Development Works Package Contract Nr 1 (Phase 1) - Site Hoardings, Site Clearance And Principal Contractor Role
For the design and construction of the following works and for the provision services on the site known as Overdale, all as identified in the summarised list below:

1. Design, supply and installation of the site hoardings and gates including maintenance and monitoring;

a. Type A (Heras) - circa 970m; in total, across three phases
b. Type B (Solid ply, traditional construction - circa 1,270m in total, across two phases
c. Type C (solid panels to accept graphics) - circa 200m in total, in a single phase

Note the Employer is willing and wishes to consider other proprietary products/systems that maybe appropriate and welcomes these being proposed.

2. Site clearance including the removal of all hard standings, kerbs, walls, foundations, structures, vegetation incl. roots (excl. trees):
3. Principal Contractor role as defined by the Health & Safety (Management in Construction) (Jersey) Regulations 2016 for Development Works Package Nr 1

This opportunity, divided into three elements of work, will be awarded under a single Contract, the NEC4 ECC form (Option A).
