Description:
As a follow up from the RFI process previously undertaken, the GoJ is now seeking to tender for an Architectural Managed Service from suppliers, as detailed within the attached documentation.

To enable timely mobilisation and progress, this RFQ forms part of a strategic shift to outcome-focused, time-bound engagement models. It also supports the development of a longer-term procurement ambition to deliver a framework of similar design for other required IT service expertise, underpinned by modern sourcing principles and aligned to the Governments supplier engagement model.

The purpose of this RFQ is to secure Architectural Services (Digital) via a Managed Service model. The engagement will support the mobilisation of high-performing architectural teams capable of delivering priority project work with agility, efficiency, and accountability.

This approach is designed to provide the Government of Jersey with access to suppliers that can deliver various IT and digitally focused architecture services using a range of architecture professionals within a coherent and outcomes-based managed service. These services will complement internal capability and contribute to a more structured and repeatable model for digital delivery.

Suppliers are advised that GoJ intend to only proceed with those who are either on-island registered suppliers, or those who are able to fully provision on-island service delivery as further detailed within the RFQ documentation. T...
