Description:
This notice relates solely to Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) for the development of the Jersey Diabetes Prevention Programme (JDPP).

The Government of Jersey, on behalf of Public Health, wishes to notify potential providers of its commencement of early market engagement in advance of a potential commissioning process to support the development of a new Diabetes Prevention Pathway. As part of this, we are hosting a workshop to engage with the market and gather insights to inform the future design and delivery of the JDPP.

The programme aims to provide a 9-month behavioural intervention for up to 500 Islanders who are at high risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. Providers would work in collaboration with Public Health to deliver a service that is evidence-based, person-centred, and tailored to Jersey-s population.

GoJ invites interested providers and key stakeholders to attend this workshop to learn more about and to be involved in the JDPP.
